Squash and lentils curry (slow cooker)

This is another way to cook your old squash from fall! 

This recipe is so easy it will make you forget all your trouble... there is basically 1 step... put everything together and go on with your day!

Ingredients

3 cups Tata Soupe Indian broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
1 cup green lentils
1/2 cup coral lentils 
2 cups squash (any kind that you have is ok!), diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Cilantro, lime and naan bread to garnish

    Directions

    1. In a crockpot, put all the ingredients, cover and cook at low for 6 hours
    2. Serve, garnish and enjoy!
